The Health Hut carries only genuine organic fresh fruits and vegetables, and we
are dedicated to offering non-GMO products to our customers. The family farm
is alive and well, and whenever possible, we get our produce from local farmers
and producers.
What's the Difference Between Natural and Organic?
Organic refers to food that is produced, manufactured and handled using organic
standards defined the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) under its Organic
Food Products Act. Natural food, on the other hand, usually refers to food that
is not altered chemically or synthesized in any form. These can be products derived
from plants or animals. This is why "natural" food is not necessarily organic -
and vice versa.
